Overview

In this role, you will support the FP&A function to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for senior decision-makers. You will contribute to global month-end activities, consolidate results, and provide actionable financial insights across multiple countries. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency in financial planning. This role offers exposure to diverse markets and a path to shape the company’s long-term financial performance. Responsibilities

  • Supporting global month-end, forecast and budget reporting with timely delivery of financial information
  • Delivering enhanced financial and commercial analysis including customer profitability and product profitability
  • Developing a holistic view of products for profitability analysis and new product development
  • Consolidating and reviewing global commentary for month-end and budget reporting, including drivers and ad hoc items
  • Developing global business headlines that summarise key drivers for management
  • Maintaining and improving global management reports with regional alignment and ad hoc enhancements
  • Delivering analysis to support growth and operational efficiency, including variance and trend analysis
  • Supporting senior management presentations and review/approval of cost centres and accounts
  • Assisting with process simplification and standardisation across the FP&A function
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement in FP&A processes

Key requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or local equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
