Overview

In this role you help clients shape international tax strategies within a market-leading transfer pricing team. You will work on multi-country engagements, supporting complex intercompany arrangements and leveraging EY’s AI-enabled technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technically strong, business-focused solutions while developing junior colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Draft high-quality technical deliverables on transfer pricing issues
  • Lead delivery of TP engagements for a diverse client base across industries
  • Utilize EY’s technology and AI-enabled solutions in client work and help advance these tools
  • Build and sustain relationships with client contacts to deliver excellent service
  • Collaborate with EY teams to identify opportunities and support complex engagements
  • Manage junior staff and mentor/upskill the team
  • Support business development, renewals, and responses to tenders
  • Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and initiatives

Key requirements

  • Strong transfer pricing technical skills with a proactive CPD approach

  • ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent tax qualification, or related professional credentials
