Overview
As a Business Analyst in Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management domain, you will advise on and deliver change projects for leading financial institutions. You’ll work closely with both client and Capco teams to identify better ways of working and to drive agile transformation. You’ll shape requirements, map processes and customer journeys, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and third parties to deliver sustainable improvements. This role offers hybrid working in Scotland, exposure to major banks, and a clear path to impact within a fast-paced consultancy culture that values inclusivity and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Advise on and deliver change initiatives within Wealth & Asset Management projects
- Partner with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to identify improvements
- Drive the use of Agile methodologies to increase organizational agility
- Identify areas for change and support business delivery through development and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Capco and client teams, including 3rd parties, across the project lifecycle
- Conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis to inform solutions
- Coordinate Change Management activities from business case through to UAT and testing
- Gather requirements and produce structured functional specifications, including User Stories
- Interpret data from multiple sources to inform recommendations and client proposals
Key requirements
- Experience in Financial Services with Wealth & Asset Management domain expertise
- Solid experience in process mapping and process re-engineering
- Proven ability in process mapping and customer journey analysis
- Change Management methodology with delivery experience across multiple project environments
- Stakeholder management skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in Change Management implementation from business case to UAT coordination
- Requirements gathering capabilities and experience of User Stories; effective client workshops
- Data interpretation skills to reconcile variances and propose solutions
- Strong academic record and problem-solving skills
- Senior roles note leadership experience in team management and project planning
