Overview

As Senior HRBP, you will act as a strategic adviser to senior leaders in a fast-paced technology company, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive growth and transformation. You will partner with HR Centres of Excellence and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, people-centered solutions. You will shape organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and an inclusive culture amid rapid change. This role offers the opportunity to influence critical talent decisions in a digitally driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to design evidence-based people plans with measurable impact
  • Challenge leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, culture, and risk
  • Lead organisational design and restructuring to optimise structure and scalability
  • Coach leaders through growth and change, ensuring effective communication and retention of key skills
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles
  • Develop leadership capability through coaching and practical support
  • Leverage people analytics and labour-market insights to guide interventions and risk
  • Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging across recruitment, development, reward and promotion
  • Oversee complex employee relations matters with compliant processes and documentation
  • Lead people aspects of restructures, TUPE, and engagement with unions or representatives
  • Collaborate with Employment Legal, Privacy and HR Operations to manage employment risk and data protection compliance

Key requirements

  • Extensive HR experience with senior stakeholder support in a complex, fast-paced setting
  • Experience in technology or innovation-driven environments
  • Strong expertise in organisational design, change, workforce planning, talent management and leadership development
  • Knowledge of AI and automation implications for workforce planning and change
  • Solid employment law and employee relations background, including TUPE, discrimination, family leave and data protection; multi-country HR experience preferred
  • CIPD Chartered Membership or equivalent senior experience; Level 7 or postgraduate qualification advantageous
  • Experience leading UK employee relations and organizational change in a matrixed environment
