Senior Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a Heathrow Airport landside restaurant fit-out project from mobilisation to handover, ensuring on-site delivery to programme, quality and safety standards. You will report to the project team and coordinate MEP works, finishes, and multiple trades in a live environment. With a strong pipeline of similar works, you will own site operations and drive smooth execution while staying commercially aware and hands-on. This is a stable, permanent opportunity with ongoing projects beyond the initial assignment, offering scope to shape delivery across a portfolio of fit-out schemes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fit-out works on site from mobilisation to completion
• Manage subcontractors and trades and ensure programme adherence
• Maintain high health and safety standards on site
• Oversee MEP works, finishes, flooring and new counters
• Coordinate with the project team to deliver quality within budget
• Support the delivery of multiple live projects in a specialist fit-out environment

Key requirements

• Experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in fit-out or construction
• Airport project experience would be advantageous, especially landside
• Experience in restaurants, catering, retail fit-out or similar environments
• Good understanding of MEP services, internal finishes and coordination of trades
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
