Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of built-environment projects
- Craft innovative electrical system designs and manage contracts
- Produce detailed technical reports and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage design milestones and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
Key requirements
- HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Knowledge of BS7671
- Familiarity with Hevacomp/Amtech/Dialux
- Excellent communication, collaborative and self-motivated
- Experience with Revit MEP
- Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience
- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD
- Structured wiring and security system design experience
- Knowledge of Scotland Building Regulations, Low/Zero Carbon Technologies and BREEAM
