Overview

In this role you will build profitable relationships with Media Specialist partners and identify new advertising opportunities to drive revenue for JCDecaux. You will lead sales initiatives, influence specialist activity, and act as a brand ambassador while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll use market insights to shape specialist strategies and help the company scale its digital OOH offerings. Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with Specialist accounts to influence activity towards OOH market and JCDecaux specifically, ensuring proactive pitching
  • Deliver proactive, solution-driven sales by translating client briefs into opportunities
  • Support diversification of the customer base across multiple Specialists and organisations
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Ensure CRM is used daily to lead appointments and communications
  • Position JCDecaux as a brand leader and advocate for established policies and governance
  • Use consumer behaviour tools (Route, Touchpoint) to inform Specialist strategy
  • Focus on development and performance of the Specialist business; may collaborate with Agencies as needed
  • Act as two-way conduit for marketplace insight between agencies and specialist teams
  • Understand JCDecaux portfolio to influence planning decisions

Key requirements

  • Proven sales generation, negotiation and account management skills within digital and OOH media
  • Experience in campaign delivery from objective translation to booking and implementation
  • Understanding of sales or account management processes
  • Strong numeracy and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
