Residential Sales Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead and grow the branch’s residential sales activity, driving new business and income growth. You join a collaborative team within a reputable estate agency focused on delivering high-quality client service. You will manage appraisals, client relationships, and marketing efforts to expand market share and ensure targets are met, including lettings. Responsibilities

• Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch
• Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties
• Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division
• Accountable quality of customer care
• Meet and exceed targets for lettings business
• Register, qualify and manage applicants
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets
• To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception
• Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
• To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
• Develop the core business in the branch
• Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff

Key requirements

• Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business
• Listing & valuation experience
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• The ability to negotiate
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
