Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end SRP platform across Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo, shaping how travelers discover and evaluate properties on web and mobile. You collaborate with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and brand teams to deliver cross-brand, scalable SRP experiences, including AI-powered search features and explainable results. You’ll translate traveler needs into clear requirements and run the full product lifecycle from PRD to experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, search relevance, and marketplace outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own the SRP platform vision, roadmap, and end-to-end experience across brands and platforms
- Lead evolution of SRP property cards, layout, content hierarchy, badges, and highlights
- Drive next-gen SRP experiences with Natural Language Search, query playback, semantic groupings, and on-card explanations
- Translate traveler and business needs into actionable requirements and prioritized delivery plans
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Brand teams to ensure cross-brand alignment
- Manage full product lifecycle from PRD development and user testing to go-to-market, experimentation, and iteration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to balance scope, feasibility, and dependencies
- Define success metrics and use experiments to guide product decisions
Key requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent in customer-facing digital products
- Ability to define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and translate customer needs into requirements
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights, experimentation, and product metrics
- Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing Engineering, Design, Analytics, and stakeholders
- Technical fluency to partner on APIs, platform dependencies, data, experimentation, and trade-offs
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready storytelling and documentation
- Ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, risks, and end-to-end delivery
