Overview

As Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead technology spend and supplier management, shaping procurement strategy across the technology portfolio. You’ll partner with Technology teams, drive value from suppliers, and guide commercial decisions with market insight. You’ll manage full sourcing lifecycles, contracts, and supplier performance in a global context. This role offers influence, cross-functional collaboration, and a chance to enable strategic tech outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology sourcing and category strategies in partnership with stakeholders
  • Lead high-value sourcing activity and secure competitive terms
  • Understand technology portfolio and vendor landscape to anticipate requirements
  • Build influencing relationships with Technology and other stakeholders
  • Proactively manage vendor contracts and lifecycle opportunities and risks
  • Lead vendor relationship management post-contract to maximize value and performance
  • Identify and deliver sustainable commercial savings while balancing quality and risk
  • Provide procurement guidance for lower-value purchases and improve cross-functional efficiency

Key requirements

  • At least five years’ experience in procurement, technology sourcing and vendor management
  • Experience leading global sourcing with measurable commercial benefits
  • Strong knowledge of technology categories, markets and vendors
  • Excellent commercial judgment and negotiation skills
  • Significant supplier and contract management experience with risk awareness
  • Experience across the full procurement lifecycle and stakeholder influence
  • Ability to simplify complex commercial issues for diverse audiences
  • Understanding of contracting models and value levers
