Overview
In this role you will lead high-quality bids for interiors construction projects, collaborating with project teams, cost planners, SMEs and senior leaders to craft client-focused submissions. You shape the bid narrative, develop win themes and manage the end-to-end tender process from PQQs to interviews. You will coordinate inputs across the business, run answer planning workshops, and support presentations and bid collateral. This position combines strong writing, project coordination and creative storytelling to help secure opportunities. Responsibilities
- Lead the quality response process from PQQs/EOIs to tenders and Post Tender Interviews
- Coordinate contributions from across the business and manage timelines
- Facilitate answer planning sessions and win theme workshops
- Develop persuasive, client-focused proposals and bid collateral
- Collaborate with technical specialists to turn complex information into engaging responses
- Support customer presentations and coach colleagues involved in the bid process
- Challenge and improve bid responses to ensure process follows best practice
Key requirements
- Experience in a work-winning role in the construction sector
- Experience developing win themes and weaving them through submissions
- Experience facilitating planning sessions and managing tender review process
- Bid writing and bid editing experience creating persuasive responses
- Excellent resource planning and deadline management
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Desirable degree or equivalent qualification
- APMP membership and/or certification
