Overview
In this Associate Director role within Deloitte’s Financial Services Transfer Pricing team, you drive key client engagements and manage components of client relationships in the Bank, Capital Markets, Insurance, Investment Management and FinTech sectors. You’ll lead or support transfer pricing work, from analyses to paid reports, while coaching junior colleagues and developing innovative solutions. You will collaborate across functions and with global Deloitte member firms to deliver value and build your network. This role combines technical TP expertise with business development to shape impactful client outcomes in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities
- Project managing and supporting all aspects of client work
- Compliance programs and audit defence
- Conducting functional interviews and economic analyses
- Preparing transfer pricing reports based on functional, comparability and economic analyses
- Engaging with senior staff, clients and HMRC on advance pricing agreements and enquiries
- Supporting the Transfer Pricing Practice through new services and analytical tools
- Collaboration with Deloitte Tax & Legal, Technology & Transformation, Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory teams
- Working with Deloitte member firms on international advisory projects
Key requirements
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification – or relevant industry background
- Client-driven with strong commercial awareness
