Overview

As Touring Production Manager you will lead the on-site execution of outdoor concerts and drone shows across European cities, ensuring safety, quality, and a seamless guest experience. You will coordinate advance work with venues, vendors, and authorities, and manage production schedules, staffing, and logistics. You’ll be the primary on-site liaison, driving operational excellence and coordinating with Fever offices to align with the company mission. This role offers hands-on, cross-functional leadership in a dynamic touring environment with a strong emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site production for each location, overseeing vendors and operations from load-in to load-out
  • Advance and pre-production planning with venues, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings and site plans to ensure feasibility and optimize execution
  • Develop detailed production schedules and staffing/logistics plans per market
  • Manage permits, compliance, and site inspections with local authorities
  • Coordinate merchandising space, guest flow, and signage for smooth operations
  • Oversee transportation, equipment inventory, and weatherization across markets
  • Track expenses, manage budgets with Lead Regional Producer, and produce post-city evaluations
  • Ensure safety compliance and real-time problem solving to maintain show quality
  • Serve as main liaison between on-site teams and Fever offices

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in touring production or similar, outdoor event experience preferred
  • Professional fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
  • Proven leadership in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety and onsite operations
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel full-time during specified windows
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, proactive
  • Valid driver’s license; forklift/vans/small trucks experience a plus
