SENIOR SITE MANAGER (HIGH END RESIDENTIAL)

You will work with engineers, architects and VIP clients, steering projects from planning through completion. You’ll optimize tight programmes, perform quality checks, and manage subcontractors to uphold premium standards. Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and report to VIP clients
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and project managers
• Read basement drawings and apply accordingly
• Drive strict project programmes and schedules
• Perform quality control checks
• Manage subcontractors and on-site staff
• Oversee projects valued from 1M to 20M

Key requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• experience in super prime residential and basement sectors
• carpentry/joinery background preferred
