In this role you will manage the daily operation of our systematic trading platform and work with developers, researchers, and technology teams to optimize performance. You help unlock growth by understanding market microstructure, regulations, and platform needs to deploy new strategies and regions. You monitor markets and strategy metrics, craft actionable playbooks for macro events, and own risk protections across trading activities. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the systematic trading platform
- Collaborate with developers, researchers, and technology teams to improve the platform
- Develop deep understanding of market microstructure, products, regulations, and platform needs to enable growth
- Design and drive continual improvement of the trading platform
- Monitor markets and strategy performance metrics to identify trends and inform actions
- Understand and navigate macro event risks by constructing and executing trading playbooks
- Own risk management protections and have authority over trading activities
Key requirements
- Bachelor in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business from a top institution
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in electronic trading
- Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication
- Self-starter with drive to learn and adapt to change
- Experience with Linux and proficiency in Python
