Responsibilities
- Manage your own busy caseload of residential property matters
- Handle sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, unregistered)
- Oversee remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership, transfers of equity
- Supervise a small team of legal assistants
- Contribute to smooth running of the department
- Deliver clear, supportive communication to clients and third parties
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience managing own caseload
- Strong knowledge of SRA/CLC regulatory requirements
- Ability to make independent decisions
