FINEX Directors & Officers Private Equity Broker

Overview

In this role you will structure and place D&O insurance for Private Equity clients, deliver tailored client service, and engage with insurers and stakeholders. You will present solutions to clients and prospects, manage multiple priorities under time pressure, and contribute to growing the Private Equity D&O practice. You’ll work closely with the UK D&O team to provide joined-up client service and cross-sell opportunities. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position in a fast-paced environment with a clear growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to Private Equity clients, portfolio companies, and D&O clients
• Structure, place, and manage D&O insurance programmes tailored to client needs
• Prepare, review, and issue accurate client documentation with high attention to detail
• Negotiate with insurers to secure favorable terms for clients
• Present D&O topics and client solutions to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with other areas of WTW
• Manage multiple priorities under time constraints while ensuring quality

Key requirements

• Strong technical understanding of Directors & Officers Liability Insurance
• Experience structuring and placing D&O programmes
• Experience in D&O, Financial Lines, FINEX, Management Liability, or related broking
• Private Equity D&O experience is advantageous
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong negotiation abilities and insurer relationship-building
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• ACII qualification preferred but not essential
