As a Project Manager at Westinghouse, you will lead delivery of assigned projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams at Westlakes. Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and coordinate team activities to deliver projects from initiation to closure
- Monitor project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk
- Assemble the right mix of resources to meet project needs
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project activities
- Adhere to PM processes and governance across projects
- Ensure QA arrangements and robust management systems reporting
- Conduct status review meetings and meet all reporting requirements
- Advise on escalation, risks and opportunities to Senior PM/Programme Manager
- Control scope and change management including contract variations and warnings
- Promote learning from experience and drive continuous improvement within the PMO team
Key requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant project management experience; 5+ years preferred for senior stakeholder engagement
- Develop relationships with stakeholders in client organisations and supply chain
- Analyse problems, assess risk for escalation decisions
