As Relationship Manager you own and nurture a key client portfolio within a leading insurance broker’s Commercial Team. You will deliver end-to-end service, understand client risk needs, and propose profitable solutions with effective pricing and placement. You act as the trusted advisor, driving revenue and client satisfaction while strengthening retention. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ongoing client service for the portfolio
• Understand client business and risk management needs to deliver solutions
• Structure, price and place insurance solutions that meet client needs and profitability
• Proactively develop proposals to ensure high client retention
• Design programme and pricing structures based on market and client knowledge
