Private Equity Senior Associate

Overview

In this role, you will join our London Corporate & Securities team to support private equity and M&A work. You will leverage your PQE to handle client-focused deal matters and provide technical expertise across transactions. You will collaborate with partners and clients to drive successful outcomes in high-stakes assignments. This is a permission-to-deliver role in a fast-paced, professional environment with a focus on impactful transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage client-facing aspects of private equity deals
• Contribute technical analysis and execution on M&A transactions
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to close transactions
• Manage diligence processes and documentation for complex deals

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE
• Experience on private equity and M&A transactions
• Strong technical skills in corporate law and deal execution
