Procurement Consultant – All Levels (Security Cleared)

Overview

In this Senior Procurement Consultant role, you will shape end-to-end procurement advice for major public and private sector projects. You’ll join a growing Contract Services team and contribute to high-impact, flagship programmes. You’ll work with cross-functional experts to drive transformational procurement and sustainable strategies. Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice for public and private sector clients
• Lead and collaborate on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes
• Support post-contract contract management for large projects
• Contribute to development of procurement services and service propositions
• Support business development and marketing of Contract Services
• Support delivery of team and business targets
• Assist in bid preparation and work-winning activities

Key requirements

• Experience leading or supporting strategic procurement projects
• Strong background in tender preparation and key documents in relevant sectors
• Experience in supplier engagement from market signaling to contract award
• Cross-sector experience including Utilities/Defence/Security and Public Contract Regulations
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and post-contract management under NEC4
• MCIPs accreditation achieved or in progress
• Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement (preferred)
• Security Clearance (SC) or ability to reinstate (preferred)
• Ability to develop supply chain intelligence and commercial models
