Overview

In this role, you will lead HR communications strategy for designated regions, adapting global narratives for local contexts while preserving enterprise consistency. You will partner with regional HR leaders to plan and execute communications around high-impact moments, ensuring adherence to governance and channel standards. You’ll surface regional insights to improve enterprise planning and delivery, contributing to Morgan Stanley’s global brand and reputation through strategic messaging and cross-functional collaboration. This leadership position blends cultural fluency with clear, impactful writing to connect employees, financial advisors, and field management to the firm’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR communications strategy for Asia, EMEA, or Americas
• Tailor global messages for local context while maintaining enterprise consistency
• Partner with regional HR leadership to plan communications and manage high-impact moments
• Ensure regional execution adheres to governance, standards, and channel guidance
• Surface regional insights, risks and feedback to improve enterprise planning and delivery

Key requirements

• 5-7 years in HR and/or employee communications
• experience executing communications across at least one major region (Asia, EMEA, Americas)
• strong judgment and cultural fluency
• excellent writing/editing skills and stakeholder management
