Consultant- Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Overview

In this role, you will help healthcare clients assess real estate opportunities and build robust business cases to support change and investment. You will work within the Real Estate Consulting team to shape estate strategies and investment decisions, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. The role combines client-facing influence with rigorous analysis, using established frameworks like the HM Treasury 5-case model. You will contribute to a culture focused on delivering outcomes and growth in healthcare infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC) and estate/property strategies
• Develop target operating models and change management plans
• Engage clients across levels and manage relationships
• Analyse financial and data-driven evidence to support solutions
• Support business case authoring and development using HM Treasury 5-case model
• Demonstrate project/programme management and contract management skills
• Handle multi-disciplinary datasets and present findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate in a flexible, cross-sector environment and travel as needed

Key requirements

• Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience
• Experience in both client-side and consultancy environments
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Financial literacy and commercial understanding with analytical capability
• Ability to integrate commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
• Proven programme and project management experience
• Data handling and evidence-based solution presentation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to new sectors
