Senior Tax Reporting Manager

Overview

As Senior Tax Reporting Manager you lead and optimise Aggreko’s global tax reporting, delivering timely, meaningful insights to key stakeholders. You will own end-to-end tax reporting for the group, drive improvements across processes and systems, and manage external auditors and advisors. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate disclosures and compliant reporting under US GAAP and IFRS. This is a high-impact role that shapes the financial control environment in a multinational business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tax reporting for the global group (year-end consolidation, quarterly reporting)
• Produce budget and forecast projections; cash tax actuals and projections
• Prepare tax disclosures and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Manage external auditors and advisory partners
• Drive continuous improvement of tax reporting systems, processes, and procedures
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Key requirements

• Qualified ICAS/ACA/CTA or equivalent
• Post-qualification experience in tax reporting within a large multinational group
• Strong knowledge of tax reporting under US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with Thomson Reuters OTP or similar tax reporting technology
• Beneficial: experience in outsourced finance function with external BPO provider
• Highly analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines and quickly understand new technical issues
