Senior Product Manager, AI Core Platform

Overview

As part of LSEG Enterprise AI, you will define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the AI Core Platform, enabling secure and scalable AI across the product portfolio. You partner with engineering to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities and establish standards and APIs that speed AI-driven product development. You will ensure governance, compliance and responsible AI practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and key technology partners. This role offers impact at scale and a chance to shape the foundational AI stack for a leading financial technology group.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the AI Core Platform
• Own direction for enterprise platform capabilities (AI Gateway, MCP SDK, IAM, orchestration, scale)
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable, highly available platform services
• Set platform standards, APIs and reusable services to accelerate AI product development
• Drive adoption of common AI infrastructure and developer tooling
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk for compliance
• Align with product teams to prioritise roadmap investments
• Define success metrics and monitor platform adoption and developer experience
• Engage with partners and cloud providers to shape platform capabilities and leverage AI technologies
• Contribute to long-term Enterprise AI strategy and scalable innovation

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, MCP Servers, API gateways, orchestration frameworks and enterprise security
• Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management or Developer Platform products
• Experience delivering enterprise software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
