Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse private client caseload (wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, trusts, IHT planning)
• Take over an established caseload and develop it further
• Support senior colleagues on more complex matters
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service and maintain long-standing client relationships

Key requirements

• 2 PQE+ Solicitor

• STEP membership (or progress towards it) advantageous but not essential
