Key requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Building Physics
• 3 years experience minimum
• Good understanding and working experience of IES
• Working to the latest building regulations
• Preferably experience with BREEAM
• A good understanding of Mechanical design
