Overview

In this role you will shape Mastercard’s Digital Identity offerings within a matrixed global organization. You identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, aligning with engineering, security, and commercialization. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to grow trusted digital interactions across merchants, issuers, and wallets. This is a strategic, impact-driven role at the forefront of digital identity and trust ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging customer needs, market opportunities and industry trends to inform product investments
  • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to drive growth and innovation
  • Drive delivery of product initiatives from concept through launch and market adoption
  • Prioritize identity-related features and align roadmaps with business problems
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to ensure successful execution
  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner options for identity solutions
  • Support commercialization, market expansion, pilots, and customer engagements
  • Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and product success measures
  • Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence to evolve the roadmap
  • Provide data-driven input for investment decisions and prioritization
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across engineering, legal, security, privacy, regional, and executive teams
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively to technical, business, and executive audiences

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in Product Management/Development or related fields
  • Experience in digital identity, authentication, cybersecurity, payments, fintech, or related areas
  • Proven ability to define business requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Strong commercial mindset with market opportunity assessment experience
  • Comfort working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
