Overview

Senior Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer at Framestore’s Technology team. You will own a cloud-forward, AI-driven SaaS platform, enabling scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and fast feature delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support generative AI workflows and production pipelines, emphasizing developer enablement and reliable deployments. Responsibilities

  • Provision, manage and scale secure, high-availability cloud infrastructure using Terraform and orchestration tools.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to boost developer velocity and production readiness.
  • Architect scalable cloud-native serverless services for an AI-driven SaaS platform and client workflows.
  • Embed enterprise security practices, data protection, and secure network topologies.
  • Develop and enhance platform telemetry, observability, logging, and monitoring for reliability and performance.

Key requirements

  • Senior experience in developing, operating, and scaling cloud-native SaaS apps and serverless architectures.
  • Strong Python and modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Asyncio) proficiency.
  • Hands-on containerisation (Docker) and serverless (Cloud Run, Vertex AI).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with cloud security, authentication standards (OAuth, Identity Platform), and secure networks.
  • Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Developer enablement mindset and focus on increasing team velocity.
