Overview

In this role you support client engagements by analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and delivering recommendations. You work in a small project team with Finalta WE, liaising with banks and clients to gather data and perform quantitative analysis. Projects last about six months, offering hands-on learning and rapid development in a high-performance culture. You’ll contribute to improving client performance through benchmarking and data-driven guidance while benefiting from strong mentorship and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, evaluate results, and translate findings into actionable client recommendations
  • Liaise with clients to gather data, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to clients and travel to client sites as needed
  • Work on multi-month projects to build deep expertise in data topics and banking performance
  • Leverage benchmark data and best practices to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, banking, data analysis, economics, or strategy (with internship experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in data and financial analysis, banking, financial services, insurance or consultancy
  • Strong teamwork and ability to create an inclusive environment at all levels
  • Ability to break down problems using quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Time management to deliver high-quality work to deadlines
