Overview
In this role you lead service contracts and technical oversight for pile cloth filter (PCF) systems within the water sector. You will work with the Senior Project Engineer to maintain, optimise and ensure reliability across sites, driving efficiency and continuous improvement. You’ll coordinate service activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and liaise with multiple water companies. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a forward-thinking environmental tech company with clear growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Service contract management for PCF systems including inspections, refurbishments, and reactive maintenance
- Coordinate planning and resource allocation with the planning team for site visits and workload distribution
- Act as technical expert for PCF systems, advise on performance, troubleshooting, optimisation, and standards compliance
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or process issues to maintain system performance
- Maintain detailed service records, asset condition reports, refurbishment proposals, and client updates
- Ensure activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies
