Overview
In this System Specialist role, you support and optimize mission-critical applications within our global IT team. You will set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments for about 40 developers, while administering databases and managing infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms. You’ll coordinate with global data centers to implement releases, patches, and security updates, and you’ll validate architecture concepts to ensure stable deployments worldwide. This is a hands-on role shaping scalable, secure infrastructure that underpins critical business processes.

Responsibilities
- Automate and improve DevOps processes for globally deployed apps
- Set up and maintain dev/test/prod environments for ~40 developers
- Administer databases (Oracle, MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL)
- Manage infrastructure across virtualized and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Coordinate with global data centers for releases, updates, and patches
- Test and validate infrastructure architectures for stable deployments across locations
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years in IT infrastructure or system administration
- Strong Linux server administration and infrastructure operations
- Solid understanding of DevOps, deployment automation, and release management
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS; familiarity with Azure and GCP)
- Advanced English communication; proactive, analytical mindset and strong collaboration skills
