Regional Payment Advisor

Overview

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor sourcing and onboarding to contract fulfilment and payment controls. You will partner with finance, internal control, and other cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement automation, and ensure compliance with policies. You will oversee project delivery, monitor key payment metrics, and lead process improvements that reduce risk and increase operational efficiency. This position offers the chance to shape procurement excellence and support scalable, compliant purchasing practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize procurement processes and SOPs to improve efficiency
• Source and onboard vendors, manage strategic supplier relationships
• Define and monitor SLA metrics and ensure process standardization
• Drive automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with finance and internal control on XFN projects and action plans
• Monitor payments for compliance with policies and reduce compliance risk
• Identify payment-related risks and implement control measures with internal control
• Analyze data, report on payment metrics, and provide improvement feedback
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects; manage cross-functional resources
• Coordinate with operations on POC and manage BPO vendors

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance
• Familiar with centralized procurement payment processes
