Overview
In this role you will advise on a broad range of development transactions within a leading South East real estate team. You will handle due diligence, drafting and negotiating key documents, and lead on acquisitions, disposals, planning, construction matters, and development finance. It offers exposure to a high-quality pipeline and meaningful client relationships with clear progression toward partnership. You work within a supportive, ambitious culture that values practical, commercially focused advice.
Responsibilities
- Draft option agreements, conditional contracts and other key development documents
- Undertake due diligence for development projects
- Lead on acquisitions and disposals of development land
- Involve in planning and construction matters
- Oversee secured acquisition and development finance
- Coordinate plot sales
- Identify risks and deliver commercially focused advice
- Engage in business development and build client relationships
Key requirements
- 4+ PQE in property development
- Mid- to senior-level experience in development transactions
- Experience across planning, construction and finance in development projects
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
