Talent Manager, Enterprise Functions

As Talent Manager, you shape how talent is identified, developed and mobilised across our global organisation. You will partner with regional Talent leaders, HR teams and business stakeholders to create a transparent, connected and skills-focused talent ecosystem. You’ll drive internal mobility, boost visibility of talent, and embed scalable processes that align with growth and employee development. Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between Talent Management and global functions (Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, Strategy)
• Champion initiatives to increase internal applications and career movement
• Increase transparency around employee skills and capabilities to improve talent/workforce planning
• Collaborate with Regional Talent Directors and Talent teams to standardize and streamline talent management processes
• Support leaders with talent identification, development and deployment through insights and workforce conversations
• Promote continuous development of talent practices aligned with Brambles’ long-term goals

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning & Development
• Ability to influence and credibly engage senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Experience driving talent initiatives, workforce planning or internal mobility programmes
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and identify impactful interventions
• Passion for creating career opportunities and fostering growth, development, and mobility
