Overview
In this role you will advise a variety of businesses on commercial real estate matters and manage your own portfolio of cases. You will work within a dynamic CRE team in Truro, supporting clients across leisure, retail, healthcare, and professional services. You’ll handle landlord and tenant work, property transactions, and investment deals, contributing to a culture that values work-life balance and development. Responsibilities
- Handling landlord and tenant issues (leases, licences to assign, surrenders, assignments)
- Managing transactions for the sale and purchase of owner-occupied properties, secured lending, and other financial transactions, including sale and leaseback deals
- Overseeing the sale and purchase of investment properties
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial real estate or related field
