Overview

In this Real Estate Finance role, you will advise on high-value transactions for banks and bridging lenders within a Legal 500-ranked firm. You will manage a personal caseload, support junior colleagues, and collaborate with partners on complex matters. The position offers progression toward partnership in a growing, ambitious team with a hybrid work setup. You’ll work in a client-facing, business-focused environment where your technical drafting and relationship skills shape significant finance deals.

Key requirements

• 1-4+ years’ PQE in real estate finance
• Experience acting for banks and bridging lenders
• Strong drafting skills with commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and identify opportunities
