Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager in Implementation Services, you lead SaaS deployments from kickoff to go-live, focusing on Environmental and Sustainability implementations while supporting broader EHSQ and enterprise projects. You drive predictable delivery, stakeholder alignment, and customer leadership to enable measurable outcomes from the Intelex platform. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complexity, manage risks, and ensure value realization for customers. This role blends customer-facing delivery with continuous improvement of practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance
• Manage scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria across projects
• Oversee risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and project financials
• Serve as primary accountability for delivery and build trusted customer relationships
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across consultants, solution architects, and customer teams
• Ensure effective change management and user adoption activities
• Contribute to standards, methodologies, and lessons learned across PM community

Key requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS/enterprise software or technology implementations
• Experience with software implementation lifecycles and delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, risk, budget, quality, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with customers and senior business stakeholders
• Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
