French Fund Finance Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage French fund structures for a leading renewable infrastructure manager, ensuring rigorous reporting, governance, and valuation support. You will collaborate with GP administrators and internal stakeholders to align on budgets, valuations, and SPV reporting, while overseeing US fund structures. The role sits in a finance-focused team and supports cross-border fund operations. You will shape financial governance and reporting processes that enable growth and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage French fund structures and SPV reporting across Europe
• Maintain relationships with GP administrators and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist with annual budgets, valuations, and governance processes
• Support valuations and governance across funds, including US structures
• Collaborate on fund reporting and analysis to enable decision-making

Key requirements

• Qualified Accountant with broad experience
• French language fluency
• Understanding of French structures
• Strong senior exposure to dealing with internal and external stakeholders
