Contentious Private Client Solicitor

You will join a market-leading private client practice in Oxford specializing in contentious probate. You’ll handle contested probate matters, will disputes, inheritance claims and trust disputes, working closely with a collaborative team. You’ll build strong client relationships and provide empathetic, practical guidance on sensitive issues. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims and trust/estate disputes
• Work collaboratively on complex matters across the private client team
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide empathetic, clear advice
• Contribute to team growth and mentoring within the practice

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE
• experience in contentious private client or probate with disputes
