Bid Manager – Housing

Overview

In this role you lead bid activities to win contracts with public bodies, housing associations and residential providers in London and the Home Counties. You will manage bids won through OJEU/public procurement methods and ensure concise, professional submissions that accurately reflect the company’s capabilities. The position supports the company’s growth target of a 15% turnover increase by securing high-quality bids. You work with cross-functional teams to present the organization in the best possible light and drive winning outcomes. Responsibilities
