Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of property disputes, spanning commercial and residential matters, with potential to specialise based on your experience. You will join a small/medium London firm known for a strong property litigation practice and excellent work–life balance. You’ll support high-calibre clients, contributing to dispute resolution strategies and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of property dispute matters (commercial and residential)
• Advise and represent clients in litigation and, where appropriate, arbitration
• Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior lawyers
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Pursue opportunities to specialise based on experience

Key requirements

• 3–5 years PQE (ideal) or adjacent level
• Experience in a rated City, West End, or national/regional law firm
• Recent or current exposure to property disputes
