Overview

In this Contract Manager role, you will drive performance across property services contracts and contractor delivery. You’ll collaborate with operational teams to improve service quality, compliance, and value for money, ensuring repairs and maintenance meet high standards. You will use data to propel improvements and resolve escalations, contributing to excellent customer outcomes. This position supports the Repairs Team within Peabody’s Operations, offering hybrid flexibility and a chance to shape service delivery across regional sites. The role combines governance, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on contract management to deliver tangible improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor performance to ensure safety, timeliness, budget adherence and standards
  • Monitor KPIs, WIP, and service delivery, driving improvements where needed
  • Lead contract review meetings and manage escalations
  • Support complaint resolution and leverage data to boost performance, compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to optimize service delivery across regions

Key requirements

  • Experience managing contracts and service delivery in housing, maintenance, or similar settings
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Good commercial awareness including budget management and value for money
  • Knowledge of property maintenance, compliance and Health & Safety requirements
