Residential Property Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will join a long-standing Surrey firm’s property team in Cobham to handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will work on own files with strong organization while developing client relationships and contributing to business development. The position offers clear progression in a supportive, friendly environment. This is an opportunity to apply substantial residential property experience to support the firm’s growth and client service.

Responsibilities

• manage and progress residential property files (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• provide accurate, detail-oriented handling of transactions
• self-manage files and deadlines with good organizational discipline
• engage in business development and networking to contribute to firm growth
• work collaboratively within a supportive team to support client needs

Key requirements

• at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property
• extensive experience in sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• ability to manage own files and workload
