Overview
In this role you will handle a broad residential conveyancing caseload within a busy, growing private property team in Wolverhampton. You will work independently with strong client service, building relationships with clients, agents and other professionals. The position involves varied, fast-paced work including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with opportunities to contribute to business development. Your expertise in regulatory requirements and case management will ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes. This is a client-facing role that supports the team’s growth and service standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage own residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, transfers of equity)
- Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with agents and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Maintain and apply strong regulatory compliance throughout matters
- Utilize case management systems to track progress and outcomes
- Participate in business development activities
Key requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and able to manage own caseload
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid experience with case management systems
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements
