Overview
In this role you drive recruitment excellence across the Home Instead network, shaping talent acquisition to support carers and clients. You will implement strategies, identify improvements through data, and work with cross-functional partners to streamline processes. You’ll manage tools and reporting, collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, and build strong relationships with franchise owners and office teams. This role offers impact at scale in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of recruitment strategies across the network
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities via data and stakeholder network
- Design and build simple resourcing tools and guides to enhance workflows (application management and screening)
- Provide day-to-day support on strategy, legislation, data analytics, and recruitment systems (SmartRecruiters ATS)
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment campaigns and manage related company pages
- Produce monthly recruitment reports
- Foster strong relationships with Franchise Owners, Recruitment Managers and National Office colleagues
Key requirements
- Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced multi-site environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practices for recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build rapport and influence
- Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines with a flexible, professional, and creative mindset
- Willingness to travel across the UK occasionally
