Overview
As Head of Private Client you will lead a respected regional team within a well-established firm. You will manage a broad private client caseload, shaping tax planning, wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts and lifetime planning, while guiding a collaborative team. Your role combines high-quality work with meaningful responsibility and strategic input that enhances the firm’s reputation. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Private Client department
- Handle a broad range of private client work (tax planning, wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts, lifetime planning)
- Provide strategic input and make decisions on department direction
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service within a collaborative team
- Develop and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
- Maintain and grow the firm’s reputation in private client law
Key requirements
- 5+ PQE in private client law
- Proven track record in private client matters and leadership potential
- Experience with trust and estate planning, tax planning, and estate administration
- Ability to take on autonomy and strategic decision-making
