Responsibilities

• Own housing litigation caseload with opportunities to handle Disrepair claims, Possession proceedings, ASB, fraud and civil injunctions, EPA claims, and landlord/tenant disputes including AST and leasehold matters
• Collaborate with experienced solicitors while maintaining direct client contact
• Operate with autonomy while receiving strong supervision
• Engage in court-based work and client relationship management
• Contribute to a high-quality, specialist housing team recognized by the Legal 500

Key requirements

• 1-5 years’ PQE in housing litigation or housing management
• Confident, personable and detail-focused
