Real Estate Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will join a respected South Coast law firm’s Commercial Property team to manage a varied real estate caseload. You’ll work closely with a supportive, collaborative group to deliver high-quality services to a diverse client base. You will handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and refinances, drafting and negotiating related documentation. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial real estate caseload including acquisitions and disposals
• Handle landlord and tenant matters and refinances
• Draft and negotiate related documentation and agreements
• Work with a diverse client base and senior lawyers to ensure high-quality service
• Contribute to team strategy and development within a collaborative environment

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE
