Consultant – Transformational Procurement

Overview

In this role you drive transformational and sustainable procurement for global brands, aligning procurement operations with client strategy and digital ambitions. You work within a specialist Transformational Procurement team to design future target operating models and implement cost and spend transformation. You collaborate with stakeholders across client organizations to deliver efficient, ESG-aligned procurement outcomes. Responsibilities

• Support procurement transformation initiatives across industries to modernise systems and align with digital and sustainability targets
• Develop and implement sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG goals
• Design and implement procurement target operating models for enterprise-wide transformation
• Formulate and execute procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency
• Contribute to the Transformational Procurement proposition and thought leadership
• Support delivery of team and business targets

Key requirements

• Strong procurement and supply chain knowledge
• Solid research, evaluation and analysis skills
• Storyboarding and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong IT and digital skills with interest in data and tools
• Experience with procurement and supply chain intelligence and innovation
• Experience in procurement transformation or sustainable procurement
• Experience delivering transformative procurement projects
• Experience leveraging digital tools in procurement transformations
• Willingness to pursue Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
